Section 1 of 9
Good morning. Before the day asks anything of you, take this moment for yourself.
Full narration
Good morning. Before the day asks anything of you, take this moment for yourself.
Sit comfortably. Let both feet rest on the floor. Let your hands rest open or folded.
Take one deep breath in through the nose, and let it out slowly through the mouth.
Feel the weight of your body being held. You do not have to hold yourself up right now.
Bring to mind one thing you are grateful for. Let it be small and specific.
Now bring to mind one intention for today. Not a to-do list. A way of being.
Perhaps patience. Perhaps steadiness. Perhaps kindness toward yourself.
Breathe in that intention. Breathe out anything you do not need to carry.
Take one more slow breath. And begin your day from here.
