Let's talk about movement — gently.

Full narration

Let's talk about movement — gently.

Movement is not a punishment for what you ate. It is a way of saying thank you to a body that carries you.

If you have been away from it for a while, the goal is not intensity. The goal is return.

Ten minutes counts. A walk around the block counts. Stretching while the coffee brews counts.

Choose something you can repeat on an ordinary day, not something you can only do on your best day.

Pay attention to how you feel afterward — your energy, your mood, your sleep. Let that be the measurement.

And be patient. Consistency, kept kindly, does more over a year than intensity does over a week.

This is general wellness education, not personal medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For guidance shaped around your own health story, book a consultation.
